On the board you see as you come in, are our top 20 selling sandwiches over the past year. Each year we hold a contest in the Spring to see which sandwiches are the most popular.
Our paper menu hosts as many as 120 additional sandwiches, give or take a few. (It, too, changes to reflect the likes and dislikes of our customers.) Finally, you have the sandwich maker, who’s experience and knowledge can create hundreds of additional sandwiches to your liking. You’re the boss!
Feel free to use your imagination. We will guide you in making your sandwich, the best you have ever had. We ask only one thing of you. If you are not happy with our sandwiches, bring yours back and tell us what it is you need to make it the way you like it. Don’t be shy, and do not be afraid of the Counter people. Their bark is worse than their bite. That’s just because they’re seasoned!
